Assess, Treat, Measure, Repeat.
It sounds mechanical and routine, but it’s not. It’s organic and it all begins and ends with people. For it to work requires great clinicians.
A great clinician actively applies evidence-based treatments, hones observational and communication skills, and challenges assumptions to build a cohesive, effective treatment approach.
WellPrint® strengthens each of these elements, helping our clinicians track progress, refine care, and create a more personalized path to healing.
Why measure progress with WellPrint®?
InnerWisdom exists to help people heal and grow. It’s what our patients and community deserve.
But it’s not enough to say we provide excellent care. We have to prove it: to patients, families, and those who trust us with their well-being.
Great clinicians need great tools.
When clinicians have strong, data-driven resources, they can help patients reach their full potential and achieve the best possible outcomes.
People want to see real progress.
Patients, caregivers, and providers need to know that their investment leads to meaningful change. WellPrint® helps illustrate that progress and show real results to everyone involved.
Accountability matters.
Our accrediting agencies, as well as state and federal regulators, require that treatment is supported by data. WellPrint® ensures that our care is measurable, outcome-driven, and continuously improving.
What is WellPrint®?
WellPrint® is a data-driven tool designed to track key indicators of well-being and present them in an easy-to-understand format. Instead of looking at isolated data points, WellPrint® analyzes patterns over time, giving a clear picture of a patient’s overall progress and current state of health.
WellPrint® data is used in several important ways:
- To visualize progress. WellPrint® translates treatment data into a clear, easy-to-read image that reflects a patient’s well-being.
- To guide treatment planning. It plays a key role in developing a personalized Master Treatment Plan that evolves as the patient grows.
- To support ongoing care management. Clinicians use WellPrint® to adjust treatment strategies in real time, ensuring care stays effective and responsive to each patient’s needs.

WellPrint® analyzes six core attributes of well-being:
1. Mental Health

2. Physical Health

3. Emotional Health

4. Social Well-Being

5. Sense Of Purpose

6. Overall Flourishing

Our Evaluation Process
We assess progress using a structured three-stage evaluation process designed to track meaningful change over time. Each WellPrint® report provides a clear picture of a patient’s well-being at key points in their treatment journey.
Stage 1: Origin
Establishing a baseline at admission through the first 2 weeks of treatment.
Patients complete two initial assessments: one at admission and another two weeks later.
These tests, combined with clinical observation, help create the Master Treatment Plan and determine the best course of care. The second assessment allows for early stabilization and helps confirm or refine the initial diagnosis.
1
Stage 2: Interim
Measuring progress from 6 weeks until discharge.
Thirty days after the Origin Period, we conduct Interim WellPrints® to track the impact of treatment.
These assessments guide treatment adjustments, ensuring that each patient’s plan stays effective and personalized.
2
Stage 3: Final
Evaluating outcomes at discharge.
At discharge, the Final WellPrint® provides a comprehensive look at progress, showing the full impact of treatment and guiding next steps for long-term stability.
